Jay Cunningham

Jay Cunningham offers more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, giving him a deep understanding of the homebuying process and the financing that makes it possible.
Jay began his career in real estate in 1994 before transitioning into mortgage lending in 2001. Since then, he has become a high-producing Loan Officer and helped thousands of borrowers work toward homeownership.
His experience has earned him recognition in Metro Chicago Real Estate magazine as one of Chicagoland's leading loan originators.

With decades of experience, Jay understands that every borrower comes to the table with different goals and financial circumstances. His approach is centered on getting to know the client, understanding what they are looking to accomplish, and helping them navigate their mortgage options.

Jay is licensed to lend nationwide, with a particular emphasis on Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, California, Utah, Texas and Georgia.
While his lending reach extends across the country, Jay has deep roots in the Chicago area. He has called Chicago home since 1986 and has spent much of his career building relationships throughout the region.
Outside of mortgage lending, Jay enjoys spending time with his three children, Candace, Christian and Clark.
After more than three decades in real estate and mortgage lending, Jay continues to bring the same drive, personal attention and commitment to service to every borrower he works with.
