Hi, I'm Jay!

With more than 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending, Jay Cunningham has helped thousands of borrowers navigate the path to homeownership. 

Jay began his career in real estate in 1994 before transitioning into mortgage lending in 2001. As a high-producing loan officer, he has been recognized by Metro Chicago Real Estate magazine as one of Chicagoland's leading loan originators. 


Jay believes every client deserves respect, personal attention, and a mortgage experience tailored to their individual circumstances. He takes pride in working hard for his clients and being there throughout the process. 


Licensed to lend nationwide, Jay has a particular focus on Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, California, Utah, Texas, and Georgia. 


A Chicago resident since 1986, Jay is proud to call the area home. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three children, Candace, Christian and Clark.
